I am in the process of building a brand new home in Brighton Knolls of Noblesville. It's a great neighborhood with a pool and a couple of lakes with fountains. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch the master is on the other side of the house giving the other two room privacy. I am planning on turning one of the spare rooms into my office. I am a State Farm Agent in Zionsville, I work a lot of hours and I am in Graduate School working on my MBA. I live a pretty simple life, like to come home and relax at night and watch movies. I want a roommate that is VERY CLEAN (I was military for 8 years) and someone that isn't going ruin a brand new house. Just looking for some help on the bills. Looking for a female roommate because they are clean and know how to take care of things. If your interested in getting to know more about me or the house let me know.
