We take pride in being the only place to offer high-quality
ads to you for free. You do NOT have to pay anything
to search for ads or to contact the ad poster. Period. |
| Do I have to register to view
ADs or contact others? |

No.
You do NOT have to register to view ads or contact
the ad posters. The only time you will need to register
is if you want to save the ad for viewing at a later
time or if you wish to contact the ad poster through
our internal messaging system. |
| How do I contact
an ad poster? |

If they posted their phone number,
you can call them. Otherwise, you can email them. |
| I forgot my user ID/password.
How do I login? |

| Do I have to register to use
your service? |

You do NOT have to register to find
ads or to contact potential roommates. However,
if you wish to post an AD, then you will have to
register. Registration

| How do I post an AD? |

If you are a Private Party, click
here. If you are a Real Estate Professional,
click here. After
you register, it will take you to a new area where
you can click on one of the large blue buttons to
create the type of AD you want. |
| How long does my AD last? |

Each AD has a default duration of
60 days. However, you can easily change the Expiration/Creation
dates by logging in, clicking
"Total" on the left navigation bar and
clicking the "Edit Dates" link below your
AD. |
| How do I edit and/or delete
my AD? |

In the same right-hand navigation
bar (when you are logged in to the Seller's Area),
you will see a link entitled "Total".
Click that. You will see text links in each listing
to edit or delete your listing. |
| How do interested parties
contact me? |

They will either contact you via a
form on our website or via your contact instructions
which you may include in your ad. |
| How do I keep my AD fresh? |
| |
Keep your AD fresh and towards the
top of our results - simply by logging in and clicking
the "Edit Dates" link underneath your
AD. |
| Someone is pretending to be
me - what do I do? |

Please contact
us with the perpetrator's User ID and we will
investigate the matter. |
| Where do I report Inappropriate
Content? |
| |
We attempt to screen all ads before
they go live on our site. However, if you find an
ad that contains SPAM or inappropriate content,
please use the text link that reads "report
misuse" at the top of the AD. We will investigate
each complaint on a case-by-case basis. |
