You don't have to register to view a home listing or to contact the home owner, landlord or potential roommate.

And if you don't find what you're looking for, you can request the site to automatically alert you when people post home listings that match your criteria.

After clicking any of our search buttons, you'll be presented with a list of homes that match your criteria.

You're able to sort the results by Distance, Date Listed, Price, City, Zip Code and Bedrooms. You'll also be able to save your search and opt-in to receive email alerts for new home listings that match your criteria.

Each roommate, apartment and home listing will show you the address or general location of the property, photos (if the poster uploaded them), rent/price details, property and community features, and a description.

This is the fun part! Whereas other roommate, rental or home for sale listing sites charge you to access contact information or to send or reply to messages, iHomeConnect is completely free!

There are two ways to contact the party who posted the listing:

• Direct phone (if a phone number is specified in the AD) or
• Via our online webform

Users posting a listing have the option of disclosing their real email address in the description of the home listing
