Each listing is reviewed by our community, and messages that might contain harmful information are held for further review by one of our team members. Our team works hard to protect your privacy and safety while using the iHomeConnect website.

Our Mission
iHomeConnect provides you with quality online roommate, apartment, home rental and home for sale listings without you having to pay a penny. iHomeConnect itself may be a small company, but its reader and subscriber base numbers in the millions, thanks to it's feed which is read and indexed by several websites, including Google Housing and Trulia.
We run iHomeConnect based on these principles:
- Housing information on the internet should be completely free.
- Websites should listen to user suggestions AND follow up in a timely manner.
- Robots are evil. Our abuse/flagging system is reviewed by real people.
- Information should be exchanged in a safe environment, without fear of scams or loss of privacy.

I'm a visionary. When I see something that needs to be done, I do it. I love helping people; it makes me feel complete inside. A few of my hobbies are motorcycles, skydiving, table tennis and beach volleyball (I burn real easy).
My goal for iHomeConnect is to make it the BEST free "home listing" service on the net. I hope iHomeConnect will touch the lives of millions of people and help them find more than just a new home. |

I'm a web programmer with various on-the-side experiences in the real estate industry. I had a CA real estate license once and had done some home sale/purchase/financing.
I'm also a real estate investor/landlord. My main passion, however, is programming. Tim and I share the same idea of providing a place where people can post ads for their housing needs quickly and completely free.
There are many housing related websites out there but very few accommodate roommate ads. We are here to fix that problem. |
